40yo female who had undergone bilateral breast augmentation with saline implants and bilateral nipple lift in 2008. Now desires more fullness and liposuction to her abdomen. Exchanged saline implants with 600cc Moderate Plus Profile Implants bilaterally. Also performed tumescent liposuction to anterior and sides of abdomen at the same time. Post-operatively patient was pleased with the increased fullness and less bulging of the abdomen. Shown post-operatively at 2 and 4 months.
