45yo female 1 child 5'4" 95lbs Pre-op cup size of A/B-had saline filled implants placed in 2010. 480cc bilaterally, increasing her to C/D cup. Patient then decided she would like to be bigger and switch to silicone gel implants to keep from getting too much firmness from the saline implants. She then underwent bilateral implant exchange approximately 5 months later, utilizing 800cc Moderate Plus Profile implants bilaterally. Post-op DD and happy with size
